My baby cousin

 This is the first time I met my new baby cousin Levi. He is so cute and friendly. I played with him and I made funny noises too. It was fun to hold such a tiny baby.

My favorite beach

I went to the San Mateo beach with my family on a camping trip. We hiked and saw alot of yellow wild flowers. We played  at the beach while we saw dolphins jumping over the water and made big sand castles. My brother found a home of sand crabs and he tried to make them a new home but it didn't work out the way he wanted. We tried out four different hikes. I would like to go there again every spring.

I am 11!

I am 11 now and I asked mom for three years to see Wicked. My mom said on my birthday I was old enough and we went to see Wicked for my big present. I love the music and the costumes and Elphaba. I want to see Wicked again next year when I am 12.

Bird Sanctuary

I went to a bird sanctuary to learn about birds. There was also a museum where I saw snakes. A Desendent of the Chumash taught us about the Chumash Indain tribe and showed me the artifacts. The desendent taught about poison oak and other plants. The desendent told us about a mammal that flies and it is called a bat. I had so much fun at the bird sanctary and now I recognize more birds in my area.

New Glasses

I got a new glasses from Lenscrafters. They are cool because they have dark blue all around. I look handsome when I put them on and I really like them.

Boabab

I went with my family to the Orange County Performing Art Center to see a play called Boabab. There were amazing costumes of animals and witches. The bird costume from Africa was so funny it made me laugh. My brother liked it too and Jacob also thought that the African music was so artistic. I have never seen some of those instraments before. I liked the play so much and I thought it was awesome and cool to see something so different.

The Rope Warrior

I went to see The Rope Warrior at the libary. He is the world record holder for jump rope tricks. I was picked by The Rope Warrior for doubble dutch. I ran in when he said go and I did three jumps. He said good job and I could demonstrate for everyone again but I said no more one time is enough. Everyone laughed and said I did good and I was funny. He did some cool jump rope tricks in the dark with a glow in the dark rope and he put on scary music at the libary. I had a great time there watching him with my family. My friend Cameron was supposed to come but he didn't get his homework done so only his little brother came that time.

Dance party

I went to my friend Ethan's birthday party. We did a sports crack the code and other games. We danced a lot and did the Marcarana, the Chicken Dance and the YMCA. We danced along with the music that gave dance instructions like step step clap. I had a fun time at the birthday party I want to do that again.

Triops

This animal is a Triop. We hatched it from a egg. The Troip requires distilled water. I watch him swim around in water. I watch him eat funny in the water. His face looks kinda cool because it is upside down. It is awsome that this animal can hatch and live and breath on the planet earth.

Peter Pan

I went to see a show called Peter Pan with my family and my good friends. Tinkle Bell was so hairlarious and funny because she shook her bottom, stuck out her tounge and made funny noises. Everyone laughed. They flew though the air in a big white tent theater that had movie screens all around the top of it so it looked like they were flying through London. Captain Hook pretened to kill some of his maties on the ship on the water. There was a very creative puppet robot alligator that ate Captain Hook. I liked it so much that I began to clap in the theater really loudly.

Baby cousin

This is my baby cousin Jason and he lives in New Orleans. He wanted to see me doing my wizard science kit. He learned to say Nick and Jacob to me and my brother. He is so cute.

On a boat whale watching

I went on a boat trip with mom, Jacob, grandpa and grandma at Newport Beach. We saw dolphins swimming right by our boat and they were jumping so close in the water.

We also saw three whales that were squarting water from there spouts in the water. We loved watching the whales and dolphins jumping up and down. I can't wait until summer to go on the boat trip again.

Cristmas Day

I went to Grandma Roxanne and Grandpa Brians house for Cristmas day. We had a wonderful brunch at their house. We opened presents from santa and family and we got legos, puzzles and tiedye shirts. We played reindeer games and songs that sung all together at their house. We had a fun day.

Upick strawberries and rasberries

I went to a organic farm to upick stawberries and rasberries with my brother and mother. They were so good that i kept picking more baskets. It was so fun picking strawberries and rasberries. Mom siad only pick the ones that are ripe because they taste the best. We had so much fun that we went the next day.

The Misson

I went to Misson Santa Ynez with my family. I like their church and the art. I also liked the cemetary and the garden. I liked all the flowres in the garden and the fountain. I had a great day with my family in Solvang. I will study missions in fourth grade.

Santa Barbara

I went to Santa Barbara for a camping trip. We went to the beach on some of the sunny days. Mom saw seals swimming in the water. We found a sea cucumber in the sand that was squishy and smelly. I had a fun day at the beach.

Natural History Museum

I went to the National History Museum with my brother Jacob and my mother Jennifer. We saw a lot of animals at the museum. We saw an exhibit on Rocks, Gems, and Minerals. We saw a new exhibit on insects and spiders and there is one special spider, the legendary Black Widow. I had a wonderful day at the National History Museum.

Crystal Cave

We went on a hike to Crystal Cave and I saw a waterfall along the way. I saw stalagmites and stalagtights in the cave. At the bottom of Crystal Cave it was totally darkness and bat's like to live there.

Sequoia

We went camping at Sequoia National Park. We saw huge, massive, humongous red wood trees. The trees smelled like hot shower at home. We saw three bears on ourt trip in Sequoia.

Yesterday

I did so many fun things yesterday. I had a great time with Grandma Kathy at bowling. I won the second game that we played at the bowling ally. I also went to yoga with Jacob, Natalia, Mairene, Grandma Kathy, Miles and Cameron. Then we went to Heritage park libaray to buy some books. The book that Grandma Kathy got me was: Scary Stories to Chill Your Bones. I also got National Geografic magazines that were free. We went to eat dinner at the playground and had a playdate with our friends. I had a great day with my family and Grandma Kathy.
